The YWCA Summer Camp is an all-day, 10-week camp for girls and boys ages 5 - 12 |
||||
The YWCA's Summer Camp is the perfect place for children to relax and enjoy themselves while being cared for in a safe and fun environment. Our camp allows time for individual choice and group play as well as adult-directed and child-directed activities.
In our camp, children are provided with opportunities to meet new friends. Children from Trenton, Hamilton, Ewing and other local communities enjoy discovering that they are interested in the same movies, music and sports. These shared interests spark the children to learn more about each other. Children learn to respect each others' differences, recognize their similarities and celebrate how special each of us is!
Through fun-filled activities your child will work building confidence, discipline, respect, leadership, unity and responsibilities. Children will participate in age appropriate group activities that help them develop creativity, independence and a sense of teamwork.
Our camp staff consists of trained educators, instructors, and child care providers with many years of experience. They attend an extensive training session prior to camp and are certified in CPR & First Aid. |

Our Camp Co-Directors Peter Capone and Susan Tymon With over a decade of experience each running the YWCA's Summer Camp, Susan and Peter are personally committed to giving camp participants an unforgetable and productive camp experience. |
